MEET ANDALUSIA

One of our great passions is to be able to present the beautiful region of Andalusia to young people who come from all over the world to meet and participate in our educational project “Get to know Andalusia”. One of the examples is the project that occurs annually in collaboration with the prestigious Collége ANDRÉ-GRASSET of Canada, in Montreal-Quebec.

The first edition was in 2014 and since then until today we have always been offering the “authentic and essential features” of our Andalusia land. We design personalized experiences of complete immersion in Andalusian culture, so that students and non-students complement their knowledge and learn about the cultural, geographic, historical and gastronomic roots of our region.

For 20 days, in the spring-summer season, we make visits to unique places, with affection and obsession for what is truly “exquisite and exclusive”, which in our opinion is not necessarily at odds with luxury. Another important part is the classrooms in the middle of nature. Our environment allows us to enjoy “master classes” in the natural environment. Andalusia is the land with the greatest diversity of habitats in Europe and we have the best professionals to show it to you. Teachers are of the highest level, depending on the specialization of the course or courses. Being highly specialized activities, the design and teaching staff are selected exclusively for each one. The essential quality of our team: they are people who love what they do and are an example with their daily life of good work and the love for their land.

LITTLE STUDENTS IN NATURE

A DAY IN THE FARM

We know that it is in childhood when we learn the concepts, information and many of the behaviors that we will carry throughout our lives. Therefore, we believe that the first school period is also the best time to teach children to have contact with nature, appreciate it and take care of it.

That is why we developed a project called A Day In The Field, in which we receive groups of basic education students to go through various experiences in our natural environment, such as:

Plant and harvest vegetables and fruits from our garden.
Feed and care for animals such as chickens, rabbits, goats...
Get goat milk and learn how to use it.
Cook easy recipes and dishes with organic ingredients harvested by them, which they will later eat.
Observe and feel the fullness of the different flowers and plants that grow here.
Walk through the olive grove and gain practical knowledge of the most popular plantations in our region.
Listen to Andalusian cultural stories told by local characters in a playful way.
